With season 25 of Dancing With the Stars quickly approaching, the bloggers are back with another ten weeks of blogging about the dances. So what’s a better way to get into the new season than by looking at this past season?
For season 24, Paul Bentley, Julia Delbel, Dwtsdreams, and additional Guest Bloggers gave their scores for the season’s performances. And as some long-time readers may know, we compared all of the scores given in the season to find out who the “harshest” (in a loose sense of the word) judge was. Well, we’re doing it again! Who was this season’s Len? Well, let’s compare the scores!

Before Reading. . .
Some of the averages and other statistics may not be completely reflective of the conclusions drawn, mainly because there were a total of eight guest bloggers with all different weeks that are put all together in the “Guest Blogger” category, guest bloggers were only present in weeks 2-9, and Dwtsdreams was absent for weeks 2 and 9.
Also, all of the bloggers score differently and have different opinions about what they want to see in dances, so just because somebody scores higher or lower than the others does not make them any less consistent or any more/less harsh of a judge. Everybody just scores differently, so naming a “Len” of the blog for the season is just a title, and is not indicative whatsoever about their opinions-- it’s just going based off of statistics that are in the tables.
Basically, analyzing these numbers is just for fun… so don’t look too far into it! XD

Each chart shows what each blogger gave as a score for each couple in each week of the show.
A red box indicates the lowest score out of all of the bloggers for the dance.
A green box indicates the highest score out of all of the bloggers for the dance.
A white box indicates that the score is neither the highest nor the lowest score given by the bloggers for the dance.
*A purple box indicates that the blogger voted for the couple to be the winner of a dance-off challenge.
*A pink box indicates that the blogger voted against the couple to be winner of a dance-off challenge.
*A yellow box indicates that the couple became immune from elimination, exempting them from a dance-off challenge and making them ineligible for a judgment.
*Note: The votes from dance-off challenges do not affect the average of the scores the bloggers gave that couple in the season.

So, by the looks of it, it seems as though that generally the Guest Blogger scored higher than the rest of the bloggers, and Dwtsdreams generally scored lower than the rest of the bloggers. Bentley and Julia typically stayed around the middle. (Julia’s Note: I deliberately tried to be a little less nitpicky this season, especially with things that seemed like minor accidents we’d even potentially see in a professional routine.)
I guess we know who season 24’s Len was-- Dwtsdreams!
