MARK BALLAS TO JOIN JERSEY BOYS

Sunday Sept. 11th, 2016

Fun things are in store for Dancing with the Stars's Mark Ballas... People were wondering where he was because of his
absence from the Season 23 pro announcements. Well, turns out there was a reason he took this season off... Ballas,
has some new things to be looking forward to.
The DWTS pro has landed the final role of the hit Broadway show "Jersey Boys" Frankie Valli.. "Jersey Boys" has been on the
Broadway circuit for eleven years...and what better way to end off an iconic era of "Jersey Boys" none other than having
DWTS Pro Mark Ballas as the final Frankie Valli. Mark revealed via his social media feed a handwritten letter to his fans
with an explanation of why he was opting out of the new season of Dancing with the Stars. In his letter
he wrote "I wanted to hand write this letter to personally thank each and every one of you for the support over
the years. I am incredibly moved and grateful for all your messages over the past 24 hours. I know many of you
are concerned and curious. I want to wish my DWTS comrades luck this season.. I'll miss competing and creating
outside the box.. However I am looking forward to this new chapter and venture that is beginning shortly..
I will soon have news for you all on where you can find me, I hope to see many of you there. I love you all so
much and couldn't be more grateful for all your loyalty and support. You mean the world to me. See you soon...
-Mark".. That letter, then became the news that nobody even saw coming: Broadway!!! The fans all sent messages of congrats
and good luck to the Dancing with the Stars pro on all his future endeavors.

Mark makes his Broadway debut on October 18th, and will be performing in the show until it shuts down on January 15th of next year..

We are all very excited and proud of Mark and we wish him all the luck as he graces the Broadway scene as the iconic "Frankie Valli".
He's going to do an amazing job and we know he can do it!
